Return Policy

We hold a 100% satisfaction guarantee until this day on all only sales. 25 years experience on designing veils and handcrafted items. Soon we will post beautiful letters and pictures we have received from our customers.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please note our return policy as some restrictions apply:

  1. You must contact us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with your item as we do not see all of your items at the time it was sent to you and we count on the services of our suppliers.
  2. You must get prior authorization from crespocreations  not from the originating company, before making a return. This is very important: They will not exchange your item unless we have approved it. We will give you an address where to return the item. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive credit towards the purchase of another item, one exchange allowed per item.
  3. We are sure you will love your item. Steps to issue return must be in writing within 24 hrs of approval. You must email us proper tracking information of return, and shipped item should be received by carrier as scheduled. We  understand weather and other problems may arise we do ask you insure your item as we are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen items during transit.
  4. Please note: NO refunds can be issued only exchanges.
  5. Some of our vendors charge a 25-30% restocking fee. Contact us by email ccrespoltd@aol.com  or phone 866-260-1844 on restocking fees.
  6. Shipping charges are the responsability of the buyer.
  7. Personalized items or intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
  8. Food items are not exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges on any item that does not meet the exchange policy, or shows signs of worn, or damage caused by other than normal shipping.

Lost items carry insurance by item and these items can be replaced. If for any reason an item is no longer in stock and was lost, we may proceed with insurance claims to return your fees, time for process is required and refunds will not be issued until it is approved by the carrier.

The items are carefully inspected by the distributors as we only carry the very best in stock and have worked with them for many years. Please do know that we do care for our customers and in so try to be the best at what we do. Costs and overwhelming show of  theft around other  wedding sites has caused us to be strict on returns. We will report all who try to purchase items on theft and fraudulent transactions. These are a crime and will be reported to proper authorities.
