We reserve the right to deny exchanges on any item that does not meet the exchange policy, or shows signs of worn, or damage caused by other than normal shipping. Lost items carry insurance by item and these items can be replaced. If for any reason an item is no longer in stock and was lost, we may proceed with insurance claims to return your fees, time for process is required and refunds will not be issued until it is approved by the carrier. The items are carefully inspected by the distributors as we only carry the very best in stock and have worked with them for many years. Please do know that we do care for our customers and in so try to be the best at what we do. Costs and overwhelming show of theft around other wedding sites has caused us to be strict on returns. We will report all who try to purchase items on theft and fraudulent transactions. These are a crime and will be reported to proper authorities.
